1. All our goods are in excellent, brand new condition for sale. We take pride in checking our items carefully before sending out your purchase. In the unlikely event that the products purchased by you has a manufacturing defect, you may contact us, within 3 days of receipt of the goods, at heartscube@hotmail.com and we will check the request against our quality control record and advice the next course of action accordingly.
2. An exchange will be made if due to manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent. Item can only be exchanged for another one with equal or greater value.
3. In the event whereby an exchange is granted, Buyer will return the product (unused and unwashed), in its original packaging with all item tags in place, within 3 days from issuance of Goods Return Number from HeartsCube Fashion.
4. We maintain a no-exchange policy for promotional items, accessories and bags.
5. Goods sold are not refundable.
