1. Place Order

- Product code, size and quantity
- Preferred delivery method (normal mail postage or registered mail)
2. Order Confirmation
We will confirm your order via email with the necessary details including the final amount payable.
3. Delivery Charges
Below delivery charges applies only to apparels, accessories and bags will be advised separately.
- Normal mail postage ==> $1.50 per item (please add $0.50 for every additional item)
- Registered mail ==> $2.50 + (normal mail postage) per item
NOTE: We encourage all our customers to opt for registered mail as we shall not be held responsible for any lost packages sent via normal mail.
4. Payment
Currently, we only accept bank transfer via POSB / OCBC.
All required details will be provided in our confirmation email. Please make full payment within 3 days upon receipt of our confirmation email.
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
5. Delivery of Order (applicable to "In-stock" Orders only)
Order delivery will be arranged within 3 working days from the acknowledgement of payment receipt. Any delay, we will keep the customers informed.
As for pre-order delivery, please refer to our Terms and Conditions under the "Pre-Order" tab.
6. General Notes
* All items will be delivered in the best condition possible. We would not be held responsible for any damage or lost of item during delivery.
* Due to different batch of production, actual products’ measurement may have slight difference of 1 to 2 cm.
* Color of physical goods may vary from those found in the pictures due to lighting, different monitor settings and other factors.
* All fashion accessories are not included in our apparels unless stated otherwise.
