Terms and Conditions
1. Buyers are urged to read and agree to the followings before submitting orders.
2. Delivery takes about 2-4 weeks unless otherwise stated.
3. All Pre-Order items are subjected to availability. After order is submitted and payment made, we will try our best to reserve the item for you from the factory.
4. There may be out-of-stock situation after collection of payment from the buyer due to the following:
5. Lack of “live” inventory data from manufacturer.
- To lower the transactional costs of our customers, we would consolidate all pre-orders to hit the minimum order quantity before placing the order with the manufacturer.
- Due to the time lapse, there is a chance (extremely rare) that the selected items may become out-of-stock.
6. In the event if the item is out-of-stock, buyer can:
- Exchange for other item and top up the difference if the new item is of higher value.
- Request for refund.
- Decide to continue to wait for the items to be in-stock.
7. Goods sold are non-refundable or exchangeable so please ensure the size of the item that you purchase fits you.
